I’ve Learned To Love Myself

We often overload our system trying to get above our thoughts and work our way through the everyday hassle. We try to control everything around and eventually get lost working our way to the top. One of those days when it’s enough our body starts to give up, so when our inner weather signals a thunderstorm, it’s time to disconnect with the world and be one with where our soul belongs.

Know that we spend ourselves paving our path and in order to go long we need to take care of our body and listen to our thoughts.

Yoga and meditation helps me breathe without a care and float above the everyday stress and anxiety with every single breath. The transformation within makes me calm and relaxes my nerves. This moment of silence helps me focus on my thoughts, understand the world within me and listen to the voice that’s more me than my physical self.

I’ve discovered my confident self, my positive and vibrant self, my focused self and most importantly I’ve learned to love myself……
